2. What data we collect about you
We collect and process your personal data when you contact us (for example: information provided by you when
filling the forms on our Web sites listed in Section 1 above (“Web sites”) or when communicating with us by
phone, e-mail or any other way). This refers to the data you provide when registering as a user of our Web
sites, filling the application form, or otherwise when you register to the “Green Card” program and when
informing about any problem, related to our Web sites. The data you provide may include: name, surname, home
address, ¬e-mail address, phone number, address of birth, photo, age, date of birth and gender, as well as
other information, if necessary.
We do not collect or process sensitive personal data relating to you personally (for example: data related to
racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, philosophical views, health status, sexual life or
sexual orientation). If you provide personal data (including sensitive) interacting ¬with our Web sites or
communicating with us by phone, e-mail or any other way voluntarily rather than upon our request, we will
remove this kind of personal data from our system, if we do not consider their processing necessary, except
when you divulged the data (for example: at a forum where they are accessible). In this case we will delete
this data ¬from our Web sites only if this is required by law or if we do not intend to store them.
Each time you visit our Web sites, we automatically collect the following data:
- Technical data including, for example, the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer
to the Internet, connection-related data, browser type and version, time zone settings, types and
versions of browser extensions (plug-ins), operating system and platform, device type and brand of your
mobile device. These data may be collected and processed on our behalf through “Cookie” files by third

- Information about your visit, including, for example, the full Uniform Resource Localizer (URL), the
sequence of clicks before, during and after visiting the Web sites (including date and time), data or
products you viewed or searched for (including most read articles, most visited categories, site
response time, download errors, duration of visits to certain sites (including average time spent on
certain sites, visualization of specific content or videos), the average time spent in the apps and the
number of apps visualizations, average number of articles viewed on our Web sites; site interaction data
(such as opening, mouse clicks and jumps), methods that may be used to view the site, data about user
behavior and any phone number used for calling or any e-mail address used for communication with
representatives of our Client Care Department.
In certain cases, we receive your personal data (such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number,
personal description and photo, age, date of birth and gender) from third parties, as well as relatives of
the first degree (husband/wife, parents). For example, there is a chance that we will obtain your data from
a spouse or parent, if any of them will fill in an application form to participate in the “Green Card”
program and indicate that he/she is married and/or have children. In case your personal data are obtained
from a third party we will provide as soon as possible all the relevant information about its processing but
in any case not later than one month from the date of your personal data reception, including: the
categories of personal data that are the subject of processing, purposes of processing and its legal

We process your personal data, provided for participation in the annual “Green Card” program.
We may process your personal data if we need to perform the contract we have concluded with you; if we need
to comply with a legal obligation (for example: laws applicable in the context of labor relations,
accounting, audit and equal opportunities monitoring); when it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or
interest of third persons) and in your interests (for example: for detection and prevention of fraud or
insuring information and network security), except when your fundamental rights prevail over those
interests; in case of a need to protect your vital interests (or vital interests of other persons); and/or
if it is necessary for public interest or official purposes.
We process your personal data for a variety of reasons: technical, administrative and operational aimed to
provide the most efficient delivery of content to you and your computer; to improve our Web sites, including
their functionality; to administer the Web sites; for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data
analysis, testing, research, formation and analysis of statistical data; for advertising and marketing,
including specific marketing purposes to offer you a content, including a personalized one, that might
interest you as well as a part of our efforts to maintain Web sites security.
In certain cases, we will process your personal data only with your consent. In these cases, when you
provide your personal data we will separately, in a spirit of transparency, address you to obtain your
consent. In future, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org at any
time. However, withdrawal of your consent shall not affect the validity of any data processing that took
place before the actual withdrawal of the consent.
In case we ask to provide personal data in order to comply with the legal and contractual obligations
presentation of your personal data shall be mandatory. This means that if personal data will not be provided
we will not be able to comply with the terms of the contract or to observe our obligations. In all other
cases, provision of personal data shall not be compulsory and you are under no obligation to provide them.
In addition, we may process your personal data as well as identification information, contact details and
address, to likely enforce our rights or claims filed against you in future. The said data processing shall
be performed on the basis of our legitimate interests since we need to exercise our rights in the event of

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Within the Company only a limited number of employees such as Sales, Legal, Manufacturing and IT Departments
will have access to your personal data on “a need to know” basis. These employees shall assume corresponding
personal data confidentiality obligations. To protect your personal data we took appropriate measures of
technical and organizational nature. Employees of the Company shall have the right to process personal data
only at the behest of the Company and, if appropriate, in relation with their official duties.
Personal data may be transferred to the public authorities and/or law enforcement authorities, where
appropriate in accordance with applicable law, or this is necessary to protect our rights, including terms
of use, our legitimate interests (including the legitimate interests of third parties) in accordance with
the current legislation.
Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties, including:
providers of analytical services and search engines, assisting us to improve and optimize our Web sites.
In addition, the Company may disclose personal nature of certain external experts (for example: lawyers,
accountants, auditors), as appropriate. In certain cases, we may disclose personal data related to our
Affiliated Companies (including subsidiary or parent company of the holding type and its subsidiaries) on “a
need to know” basis. We have implemented adequate guarantees to safeguard our relations with the persons
affiliated with us to avoid disclosure of the personal data.
5. Storage of your personal data and their transfer abroad
Your personal data collected by us shall be stored on the territory of the United States of America (“United
States”), the European Union (“EU”) and European Economic Space (“EES”). However, the data collected by
third parties through the “Cookie” files (for example: through a “Google Double Click for Publishers”) shall
serve, in general, the development of the traffic from the data center which shall be located as close as
possible to the place of the traffic origin. This means that this type of data, including advertisement
traffic, may be controlled from the servers located in the EES. In addition, they may be transferred outside

In addition, your personal data may be transfered and stored outside the US, the EU and the EES. When your
personal data is transferred beyond the borders of your own country to another country, the laws and rules
protecting your personal data in the country where your data is transferred may differ from those that exist
in the country where you work (or provide lesser protection).

are indicated below in the contact list to find out more about data transfer and adequate protection
measures installed, before the actual data transfer.
6. Your rights
On your request we may confirm if your personal data was processed or not. We will provide you with a copy of
your personal data and/or correct them. Under certain circumstances you may obtain the right to request to
delete your personal data or on the basis of right to data portability, require us to transfer some of your
personal data to you or another person. In addition, you have the right to object certain types of your
personal data processing (for example: use processing for direct marketing or the adoption of certain
decisions, only through the automated processing (including generating profiles). When we asked for your
consent to process your personal data you may have the right to withdraw it without any negative
consequences for yourself. When we process your personal data, as we have a legitimate interest to do so (as
explained above), you may have the right to object against the said procesing. In addition, in certain
circumstances, you may have the right to limit the extent of your data processing. Please note that your
rights mentioned above may be limited in certain situations and are subject to applicable laws and
regulations related to the protection of personal data – for example: your right to oppose the personal data
processing may be limited if we are able to demonstrate that we have valid legal grounds to process your
personal data, prevailing over your interests. You will have to confirm your identity and provide us other
details to help us respond to your request. We shall not charge a fee for providing a response to your
request except for the cases permitted by the law. In cases when charging a fee is permitted, it would be
reasonable and proportional to your request. If you wish to benefit from the specified rights, please
contact us through the contact persons listed below. We hope to be able to answer all your requests
referring to how we handle personal data. In addition, you may have the right to file a complaint at
supervisory authorities in the field of data protection. You may file a complaint in the Member State where
you reside, work, or where an alleged violation of the data protection took place.
7. How long we store your personal data
We plan to store your personal data as long as necessary, in accordance with our data storage Policy, for a
period not exceeding the required limit in order to fulfill the purposes listed in this Notice and/or
stipulated by the current legislation, applicable legal minimum storage periods and/or as long as necessary
for our legitimate rights (and legitimate rights of other persons). For example, if you are registered to
participate in the “Green Card” program through the “USAImmigration” Company we will store your personal
data in the course of implementation of joint contractual relations. In case of constant commercial
relations between us as trading partners (for example: when we use the same personal data within individual
contractual relations with you), we will continue to store these personal data until the termination of our
commercial relationship and the minimum storage period required in accordance with the law, according to our
Data Storage Policy. In case of Applications Users, we will store your personal data as long as a mobile
application is downloaded or until the deadline set by the relevant legislation, in accordance with our Data
Storage Policy. For more detailed information on how long we will store your personal data, please contact
us at email@example.com. Please note that we may process your personal data, that become anonymous,
without any prior notice forwarded to you.
In case we process your personal data basing on your consent these personal data shall be processed only for
the period indicated in your consent, provided you withdraw or limit your consent before its expiration. In
such cases, we will stop processing of the relevant personal data performed for these purposes, subject to
any legal obligations associated with the processing of these personal data and/or our need to process these
personal data to exercise our legal rights (including legitimate rights of other persons).
8. Data security
We store your data on our own servers as well as on the servers belonging to third parties (including cloud
services owned by third parties “cloud-based services”). We implement technical and organizational measures
to protect personal data and to prevent an unauthorized access. We have established contractual
relationships with third parties providing hosting services while these relationships imply obligations on
organizational and technical security of personal data. Your data will be protected using the SSL encoding
and transferred to the www.usagreencard.com site which is under the jurisdiction of the United States. You
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all means of authentication (for example: passwords)
you use to access the various parts of our Web sites. Internet data transmission is not entirely secure.
Although we will make every effort to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its safety during
transmission to our¬ Web sites; any transmission is at your own risk. Upon receipt of your data we will use
strict procedures and security rules to try to prevent an unauthorized access.
9. Confidentiality of the minors-related data
On its Web sites the Company does not deliberately collect any personal identifying data from persons under
the age of 18. If a parent or a tutor is aware that his/her children have provided the Company with their
personal data, he/she shall immediately notify the Company. In case the Company identifies that a person who
provided the personal data has not reached the age of 18, it shall immediately remove them from its servers,
except for cases when a parent or a tutor has given his/her explicit consent to process the child's personal
data by the Company for the indicated purposes.
10. “Cookie” files and social communication widgets
Our websites use “Cookie” files to distinguish you from the other users of our Web sites. They give us an
opportunity to offer you a positive experience when you browse our Web sites and improve the Web sites as
such. This data processing is based on your consent expressed either on our Web sites or by your browser

Our Web sites may feature functions of social communication such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedln
or Youtube buttons. These features may collect your data such as your IP-address and the Web sites you

Our Web site may provide links to web sites that are not controlled by the Company. After clicking the link
of a third party you will be redirected to that web site. Visiting any of the said web sites you should
review their privacy policies. We do not bear responsibility for the policies and practices of other
companies. Our Company does not control and is not responsible for any content, privacy policies, notices or
practices of web sites or services provided by third parties.
