B1/B2 visas are issued to applicants whose main purpose of visit is tourism, entertainment, intention to visit relatives/friends, as well as business trips: meeting with partners, business consultations, trainings, participation in conferences, exhibitions, symposiums, forums, short-term training, medical treatment, childbirth.
In which country can I apply for a B1/B2 visa?

How long can I stay in the U.S. with a B1/B2 visa?
The document allows you to visit America multiple times and stay in the country for up to 180 consecutive days..
How many years will the visa be valid for?
You can only find out the period of validity of your visa when you receive it. It will be indicated in your passport, on a separate page where the visa will be stamped. As a rule, a visa is issued for 10 years.
How long do I have to wait for an interview?
The waiting time depends primarily on the country and the time of appointment. Somewhere the minimum wait takes 2 weeks, and somewhere it takes up to 3 months.
What documents do I need to have for the interview at the embassy?
On the day of the interview at the embassy you should have a valid passport and confirmation of your interview in printed format - and that's all.
Is it possible to get a B1/B2 visa after denial?
Of course, visa denial can occur due to absolutely different reasons. There is no limit on the number of times you can reapply for a visa.
Does participation in the GreenCard lottery affect the B1/B2 application?
When filling out the visa application form, it does not include a question about participation in the lottery. Therefore, it does not affect the outcome of the interview.
If my passport expires in a year, do I need to change my visa?
No, when your passport expires - you make a new passport, but you must keep your old passport with your visa. When traveling to the US at a later date, you must keep your old passport with a valid visa.
